For advertising the property and referencing applicants.

Inventory fee

A detailed record of the property’s condition, fixtures and contents at the start of the tenancy.

Tenant finder’s fee without management

For landlords who want tenant finding only and will manage the property themselves.

Charged after the first month for managed properties.

9% per month + VAT

Replacement tenant fees

In the rare circumstance that a tenant vacates early, the replacement tenant fee depends on when they leave.

Within the first six months: no fee charged for a replacement tenant.

After six months but under one year: one week’s rent is charged.

After twelve months: the standard two weeks’ fee is charged.

Replacement tenant fees

The management service includes property inspections to help monitor the condition of the property and identify maintenance issues.
